could Texas politics have anything to do with this? Although Lockhart is basically a suburb (about 30 miles) from Austin and somewhat removed from the East and West Texas rural ideology the State politics are what I would say is moving quickly back to the 1950's.

Anyway - Congrats to NY - a major win for you guys and a major loss for Texas.
