Severe T-storm Warning in effect for New Orleans area, flash flooding [View all]

4:20PM: A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for portions of the Southshore, which includes the New Orleans area. Wind gusts in excess of 60mph is the main concern, along with more rainfall which may likely lead to more flooding concerns.
