in office we had this problem? How did we wrestle the very partisan new districts drawn by Brownback people away from them and have them drawn up by a non partisan group? Why can we not do this again? I recall the Supreme Court of Kanas had something to do with this. We cannot wait, it has to be done by a certain date I think....sadly I cannot remember all that was done but we ended up with a perfectly drawn map according to how it is supposed to be done.
