While saying she will not speculate on potential court cases, Ernst says she would support the court overturning Roe v. Wade.

"I, of course, am a pro-life advocate," said Ernst. "We all know that. I would love to save as many lives in the United States as possible."

"What we expect is to see a nomination and confirmation coming up this Fall," said Ernst. "I think the president had intended to see this done by elections. We will continue driving forward. We have to see who the president nominates. I'm sure he will choose wisely. We appreciate Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch very much."
