This article lists some of the stuff Spargu-Tate (thief) improperly used $ for

$324,586.23 in reimbursements made to Spargur-Tate
$77,729.60 in payments made to Dee Dee Millard for daycare services that were never rendered
$8,340 in payments made to Dickerson Rentals

Payments to Dee Dee Millard for daycare services. Millard is a relative of Spargu-Tate and not a registered daycare provider.

It also found 13 checks totaling $10,013.90 were paid to U.S. Cellular for Spargur-Tate’s personal cell phone.

There were also payments made to Dickerson Rentals LLC for apartment rent for Spargur-Tate’s family.
