Thanks to COVID Kim's incompetence, Iowa is now up to #4 in incidence, but still #39 in testing (according to Worldometer). Incidentally, I was also considering early this morning how we could recall this failed 'governor'. As a scientist (and native / current Iowan), I am both very angry and simply disgusted at this state's so-called 'leadership'. Republicans hate government, because they truly suck at it!
