after a coalition of 14 state AGs around the country agree with and endorsed what the 7th did, the USSC just accepted the case. It will be THE case on labor law as it relates to age discrimination.

After all, putting a memo that says, "Get rid of the old white guys" is not exactly something she wants for her governorship or presidential runs.
