Bustos wins a HUGE victory in Illinois 17th district [View all]
Cheri Bustos won a big victory against the disappointing Bobby Schilling in the 17th Illinois Congressional District, thereby returning control of the district to the Democrats.
I do not live in that particular district, or even in Illinois, but I had the misfortune of meeting Schilling and am really happy that Ms. Bustos beat that smarmy bastard. I am a native of the Quad Cities and Schilling was touting his bi-partisanship with Loebsack. Except it was only bi-partisanship when it was convenient for him. So good riddance to Bobby. Go run your pizza place and shut up.
