(I live in NYC, so not the furthest away )

The last time I was in DC was for Obama's 2nd Inauguration so I didn't get to see the African American History museum - yet.

Hopefully I can save up enough to return to my one of my favorite places -
The National Mall; it's surrounding and nearby museums, and other government, and famous buildings, monuments, and places. I'll make it my business to get to that since I've been to the Portrait Gallery (I think - portraits are not at the top of my list), and a few times
visiting to the American Art Museum!

Except for one Christmas time visit - just about all my other visits were usually May - ?July usually when it was quite warm but dry sunny weather. One ? late April visit to see the Cherry Blossoms around the ? tidal basin, then other places.

I rasphadize ? that part of DC the way some visitors do the same for parts of NYC. 😁
