36. Looks from those dates that she didn't pass the bar on the first try.

Most people graduate, study for bar over the summer, take it in the late summer/early fall, and are sworn in by the end of the year they graduated. She wasn't sworn in until June of the following year, suggesting she took the bar exam again in January.
