5. Keep Us Safe would the FAA help the Flying Public with this

We have the FAA, and when Planes want to take off before takeoff, they have to file a flight plan showing where they are going and at what altitude and Speed. The same needs to be done for all drones. The Air Traffic Controllers have no idea where these Drones are. Would Congress work with the FAA to make America's skies safer?
