pretty much lacking. It may have gotten worse, as they sometimes don't come through until late in the day and sometimes I don't get one at all, but I'm not totally sure that is correlated with DeJoy's actions. It may be, though.

An awful lot of mail has never been scanned, while junk mail quite often is. For that reason, it is not all that helpful. When packages are included with tracking numbers, I find that useful.
