Who did not deserve this fate.

Seems like a lot of cops have a thing about dogs. I don't know if its fear, or a macho thing. I had a Fresno County deputy come into my fenced yard when I lived out there. He was threatening me, and my little Dachshund boy picked up on it. He tried to grab the guy's pant leg. Now.... this guy was probably 6'5" at least, and 250+ pounds. I think Franklin weighed in at 10 pounds. The cop kicked him in the head, (steel toed shoes,) and sent him flying through the air. I started screaming at him, and his response was, "You're lucky I didn't shoot him." Everything went rapidly downhill from there.
