in California can have 10+ Round Mags for pistols and 30+AR Mags if they just say they purchased during Freedom Week in 2019. The burden of proof is on the State of California to prove the purchase occurred outside of April 1st and April 5th, 2019. Close that loophole and anyone in California will be illegal for possessing hi cap Mags.
