If seven states can draw from one river, we can all lobby for this infrastructure.

If California were incentivized to go the desalinization route like Israel does, a lot of problems would and could be minimized. Getting that 40 million population off the Colorado River when they have a huge ocean next to them would help as well.

Again, another Colorado Protocol needs to worked on, or at least updated, and all SW states could and should work to nationalize the water pipelines like they with electrical lines.

I'd be out in front fighting for that.
