Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey has scheduled a press briefing for 3 p.m. Wednesday, when he is expected to reveal whether he will extend or modify the state’s stay-at-home order.

The announcement will be broadcast live by KTAR News at 92.3 FM, online or our app.

The Republican governor said last week he was waiting to make decisions on what comes next for the state to avoid potentially having to reverse them in the future.

Arizona Department of Health Services Director Dr. Cara Christ told KTAR News earlier this week that she and her department have been prioritizing at-risk populations and the efficiency of the state’s health care system when advising Ducey on coronavirus policy.
