can order votes not to be counted. That's one of the options the court is considering while it fiddlefarts over Proposition 140, as the ballot printing deadline comes and goes.

Because if we accept that the Court can order votes not to be counted for a legitimately qualified ballot proposition, the same Court would be emboldened to think that it can order votes not to be counted for a legitimately qualified candidate. That's not a path we want to go down.

When you get to the Judicial Retention part of your ballot, vote NOT TO RETAIN Arizona Supreme Court Justice Clint Bolick and Arizona Supreme Court Justice Kathryn Hackett King.
