Cochise County [View all]

We know there are many concerns about the appearance of Democrats participating in these absurd expanded hand counts. These attacks on our elections are only meant to sow further doubts and further conspiracy theories into the public square, and it is unacceptable.
As many of you have heard by now, we are proceeding with providing as many names as possible to the county recorder in Cochise.

We are doing this because, like many AZ laws, the hand count statute is vague and open to much interpretation.
Meaning there is little legal clarity on the issue of which political parties must participate in the hand count

The GOP is already partnering with the Libertarian Party, and conservative independents, to reach the legal requirements of party representation with or without Democrats in the room.

To read about the lawsuit currently facing the Supervisors https://federalnewsnetwork.com/government-news/2022/11/arizona-countys-ballot-hand-count-plan-challenged-in-court/?readmore=1&fbclid=IwAR2BkXCgkS9bW3tH5JIMoSKcugFoV_u-Oiifnz03ycD7z4S11ltVkvvulQo

If I am able to submit more names it will be by Thursday at 5 PM. If you have not signed up and would like to please use this link
