Jake Hoffman is the president and chief executive of the Phoenix-based digital marketing firm Rally Forge which ran a Russian-style troll farm for Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point Action in 2020, using teeenage trolls to spam “conservative points of view and values” on social media.
