I went cheap, not knowing if it might end up in the trash after one days work, lol. I might try something more expensive next time. The grip and bipod slide along the picatinny rail, so for balance that is all adjustable, but the camera mount is old stationary manfrotto mount that is on all my cameras. I would want to change that to an Arca Swiss rail to then be able to balance the camera too
