Ugh......should I yell at my 3 blocks down neighbor, to let her doggie do it's duties??? [View all]
🤬 🤬 🤬 she drags him/her when it stops to pee or poop, and the poor dog doesn’t even get to do it’s duties!!!!!! Damn it. What should I yell??? (She is across the street, kinda a small distance from me), so what should I yell. 
Gawd I just hate it.....that’s how dogs get their news....smelling and doing their elimination stuff.
