52. I don't see too many things wrong with this property except the price and the placement

of the microwave. Microwaves being placed above ranges is unsafe for any age of people. I know they put them there for "space saving" but in the event that hot food or beverages scalds the hell out of the person removing the items it wasn't worth it.


I'm sure that anyone unhoused would be thrilled to have a place like this to cover their everyday basic needs. Meal prepping and cooking, hygiene opportunities, and a safe place to sleep. That's what went through my mind viewing this property.


I don't see anything wrong with the back or the side of the house because it has a privacy fence. And there's no yard to mow so less physical labor for maintenance. A couple of nice colossal boulders could be placed on the other side of the fence near the street.
