Catch-22. Damned if I do, damned if I don't... [View all]

And right now I can't.

A few days ago, one of my cards was for some reason zeroed out. Balance is below the max account number, but my recent bills are saying zero available credit. Have no idea why. Payments are up to date.

Well, something else, this was the account I had my autopay linked to for my phone. Today I get a text, they can't charge my account and can I log on to their website to add time? Sure, I think. But when I log in and try to change the account to charge to, the website won't let me.



Now, my phone is about to be shut off and their cheap ass website won't work.
