That means "Freight On Board" in Shenzen, China. That's where you take possession of the product. So any shipping from there would be extra, on you to arrange and pay for.

I say see what happens when you get the delivery of what you ordered. In a worse case scenario, if they try to scam you, maybe you can dispute the charge with your credit card company. I guess?
