Cut and paste never works, but an URL that's built correctly usually does. Yours isn't, and just cutting off from the ? doesn't make it work. It needs to end in ".jpg" or ".jpeg" or '.png" or ".gif" or something that tells the site that it's an image. That may require a screengrab put into some image software and re-saved in one of the above formats, and then up loaded to an image site. It's not as tedious as it sounds once one is accustomed to doing irt.
