23. The only thing I use is the list of words previously used...

...so for today's puzzle, I knew there was an A and a T, and I thought there might be another vowel, hence my 2nd guess. So, I was thinking of words with TA and O or U, and QUOTA jumped out for some reason. I looked and it wasn't previously used, although that in and of itself doesn't always get you to the right answer. I've chosen words that weren't on the previously used list and they didn't end up being the solution.
