...as being Julia-adjacent. And my wife says my French Onion Souo is the best she's ever tasted.
But, I'm all over the map, not just French.
Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Indian, North African, Spanish, and steakhouse fare.
Julia was far more dedicated to French cuisine, plus she could bake. I can't.
