As a "Dude" in the 70's, I hated disco and him for "Saturday Night Fever" elevating it to preeminence.
I later grew up, dated a very talented dance teacher, and learned to appreciate dance as art, even with two left feet.
This scene is pure badass magic, and the scene and costumes remind me of the steel mill town near Pittsburgh I grew up in during the 70's. It's spot on.
