Monday

Governor Beshear should name a replacement--no matter the legal shenanigans the state legislature has tried to pull with their targeted legislation that counters the state constitution.

In every other job such an employee would be forced into long-term disability (assuming it was not a employer who would just flat out--possibly illegally--fire him)
