They will never be seen as cool or culturally relevant. They hate a world that has no use for them, that has changed in ways they despise, that wouldn't bother looking for them if they vanished. And in Trump they see their savior, someone who can in one fell swoop make them feel better about all their stupid decisions, all their ignorance, all their blown chances. Their ignorance, their gullibility, their fear are all fuel for Trump's blowhard bonfire. But one day this bonfire will burn out.
