.. with a graduated lesser percentage from 300 million on down to 2 million.

I imagine that even a one time levy would raise more than enough dollars to create a new department to discover, investigate, and prosecute trumpublican corruption going back to 2017 -- and probably enough to do a hell of a lot more for a suffering populous.

Much of that wealth was amassed under Trump. Those who benefited the most from his horrific reign of terror on the United States and its economy must contribute the most to the accountability that is a MORAL IMPERATIVE if we are to have a hope in hell getting back on the road to a "more perfect union."
