Temporary cave but not actually intending to follow through?

Charging 10x their usual hourly fee for TSF's pet projects?

Waiting for others to win court cases then going after damages? They must know this arrangement won't stand

Using the agreement to find out what TSF's pet projects are then using that inside info to expose TSF? Remember that these firms used to represent issues not friendly to TSF?
