Constitutionally, "getting him out" would involve impeachment and removal, invoking the 25th Amendment declaring him incapacitated, or pressuring him into resigning, and all of those things are more possible than we might believe. The GOP isn't exactly the party of integrity, and things are quite bad and getting worse for their election chances in 2026. It wouldn't be possible today, but I don't think it would take much to push it to the point of an impeachment and removal.

I think he's going to wind up being declared mentally incapacitated. He's already there, it is only a matter of time before it gets worse.
