1. What about international adoptees?

If a child is internationally adopted by U.S. parents but the birth parents are unknown, does that mean the current scenario where the child is considered a U.S. citizen by birth now null and void? This applies to tens of thousands of Chinese adoptees in this country.

If so, what a monstrosity it is.
