I couldn't resist the historical reference.
Anyway- I can't believe that these high-powered law firms are so weak-willed as to obey in advance and agree to onerous terms with herr diktator. I think they are putting their profits over the law and over principles of justice. It is just mind-boggling. I can't imagine that they are going to retain all of their clients after doing this.
