5. I thought that was the whole point of a Federal Court...to review and rule on Federal matters.

I didn't think Grassley was that much of a Trump suck-up.
I guess he's good with Trump taking away Legislative power in the form of Executive Orders, and now wants to hamstring the courts ability to reign in Trump's imperial presidency.

So, we go from 3 equal branches of government to just one branch. Way to go Republicans!
