For Gen Z's job hopes, we're already in a recession

2. Kids coming into the marketplace, per my SO, seemed to not want to work or such, and seem to fly from job to job

weekly. We're hoping that the slowing economy will wake up these kids, and make them realize the value of a job, in holding onto it, etc. SO is always telling me that they're (at their workplace) always on the phone, etc., and not working as they should be. The workplace is getting more and more aggressive about firing those that are the worse of them, but still has a ways to go.

When the number of jobs keeps shrinking downwards, perhaps they'll see the writing on the wall, and start acting like they actually want a job.
