He owns Trump with his huge investment in his campaign (and possibly his manipulation of votes) and can threaten Trump with the reach of his X platform. Plus Trump doesn’t actually care what Musk does or how much of the government he destroys. Trump will just lie and promise that the best days anyone has ever had in their whole lives are just ahead.
