Maybe closer to 21.9 million anarchists, nihilists, Nazis, white supremacist/racists and assorted anti-socialists. It's all about tearing down and seeing what happens. You can do that when you are the richest man in the world controlling the US Presidency. Not sure if that's Putin or Musk, though.
