10. Not Argentina - Albania is in the eastern Mediterranean area next to Greece

For over 50 years, no visitors ever went to Albania because it was under the control of Communists. It used to be a small part of the Soviet bloc. Now they're on their own but still nobody goes there, except for Americans looking for cheap property to buy up.
