The first time I saw this when I was in NYC about fifteen years ago and I turned a corner and almost got hit (on the sidewalk) by a toddler driving a motorized car. And it wasn't small. It was about four feet long and three feet wide. The toddler was lurching all over the place and the parents were basically oohing and aahing (and probably taking photos). God forbid you say anything to these dote wads.
