77. The truth is that Eric Swalwell was leading in the gubernatorial race...

and that he has been an effective leader, a formidable force on the Judiciary Committee, and an advocate for releasing the Trump/Epstein files. Since he is relatively young he has had an open future--perhaps as a Democratic POTUS.
As for whether he has cheated on his wife or not--it is none of our business.
So far, all allegations of sexual misconduct against him are timed to throw a monkey-wrench into the California gubernatorial election (yeah Republicans) and would likely cause him to have to resign his Judiciary Committee seat, leaving the opposition to transparency and accountability strengthened.
The main accuser claims two assaults, years apart and bolstered by an ex-boyfriend who claims she told him and also had a pregnancy test. She says she can't remember anything but woke up hungover the first time and continued to work for him for several years and then, whoops! Again it happened after drinking with him at a gala.
The back-up accusers have no evidence because it all apparently happened on a self-deleting platform.
Roger Stone is involved.
So, there you have it.
