While I think the comments about "whiplash" are appropriate, I see this as a serious mental health issue. This is not normal in any way.

Many have commented about "cognitive decline," and I don't doubt that for a minute. What I am seeing I haven't seen before, and I've witnessed cognitive decline in my own family. This is something else. Whatever it is, it causes Trump to go totally off of his rocker.
