... during Chump's first term. He couldn't sit still long enough to receive the info because his attention span is so minimal. That's God's honest truth. I doubt there will be any reason to give him daily briefings in his 2nd term. It seems those daily briefings were invented by Dem presidents, so they must be a sign of creeping socialism, I don't know.
