If all our Social Security numbers have been compromised and new numbers must be issued to all citizens, then send the bill for this to Elon Musk. Perhaps this can be done by filing a nationwide class action civil suit against him for the billions it will cost to facilitate such remedies. Or sue him for this separately in each state so the feds can't let him off the hook. Every US citizen has standing as a party to participate in such a suit. And it seems he has some obvious legal liability exposure. You broke it, now you fix it. Come on pro-bono lawyers, let's do this!
