He came to this country at 16.
He was deported to an El Salvadoran prison by an administration mistake.
After a month in that prison, a judges ordered his returned to US.
Where he was arrested and charged with trafficking.
He was offered a plea agreement with deportation to Costa Rica.
He refused the deal.
The main witness against him is a three time convicted felon who will not be deported in exchange for his testimony.
Garcia was arrested today when he showed up for his immigration hearing.
The government is now trying to deport him to

I said yesterday this might happen. It has happened to others who showed up for immigration appointments......
