to boycott any more markup sessions unless stuff is rescinded, as a show of resistance.

The GOP is obviously in the majority and can pass what they want out of the Committee, but at least in the Senate, they still need 60 votes to pass legislation, including appropriations (unless Thune does the final nuclear option and completely blows up the filibuster (cloture) Rule).
