is Chef José Andrés. That man literally shows up anywhere and everywhere there is conflict to feed people undergoing calamities (including right here in U.S. when he set up shop during 45's 35 day government shutdown back in 2o18 - 2019, when his org served meals to furloughed federal workers in D.C.).
