Yes a BPD would like the chaos, division,
People taking sides.

The narcissist believes they are victims because they believe that they are the most brilliant special people in the world and misunderstood.

The psychopath claims victim status to deflect from their own crimes.

I think Vance loves shocking and upsetting people.

Musk does this with his young children and the baby mamas are very upset about it.

The news is full of how bad his marriage is. So he forces his wife and kids to act like performing deals and human shields.
