to go along with any of this budget let alone killing off a program to keep the heat and air cond on when the temps demand it?? You think gutting Medicaid will kill people,this could kill people by the tens of thousands.

People will freeze to death,more dying from fires from space heaters or monoxide,people dead in 110 degree homes and apartments.....
